Daily Login & Daily Quests

Daily Login Rewards and Daily Quests

Starvel has two daily systems that reward you just for playing: Daily Login Rewards and Daily Quests. Both reset on a 7-day cycle and are a reliable source of shards, keys, and gems.

DAILY LOGIN REWARDS

Every day you log in, you can claim a free reward. The rewards follow a 7-day cycle, and after Day 7, it resets back to Day 1.

You must wait at least 24 hours between claims. If you miss a day, your streak stays where it was — you don't lose progress, but you also don't advance until you claim again.

To claim your reward, type /daily or /rewards. The reward GUI also pops up automatically a few seconds after you log in if a reward is available.

Free Tier Rewards

Day 1 — 25 shards
Day 2 — 1 Common Rift Key
Day 3 — 1 Expedition Scroll
Day 4 — 35 shards
Day 5 — 2 Common Rift Keys
Day 6 — 2 Expedition Scrolls
Day 7 — 50 shards

Over a full 7-day cycle, free players earn 110 shards, 3 Common Rift Keys, and 3 Expedition Scrolls.

APEX Tier Rewards

APEX players receive 300 shards every single day, regardless of which day of the cycle they're on. That's 2,100 shards per week — a massive boost to shard income.

Item Breakdown

Rift Keys let you open portals in resource worlds that spawn waves of mobs. Defeat them all for a reward chest with shards, upgrade cores, and materials. Common keys are the easiest tier.

Expedition Scrolls reset your expedition cooldown, letting you send your golem on another expedition without waiting 24 hours. Normally these cost 500 shards each at the Shard Shop, so getting them free from login rewards saves you a lot.

DAILY QUESTS

Every day, all players share the same quest. Quests rotate on a fixed 7-day cycle and reset at midnight UTC.

There's no quest GUI — your active quest is shown on your bossbar. Use /quests status to check your current progress at any time.

When you complete a quest, the reward is deposited automatically. Shards go straight to your balance, and gems appear in your inventory.

The 7-Day Quest Rotation

Day 1 — Kill 25 players. Reward: 150 shards.
Day 2 — Kill 500 mobs. Reward: 1 random 1-star gem.
Day 3 — Complete 5 rifts. Reward: 200 shards + 1 random 1-star gem.
Day 4 — Mine 5,000 blocks. Reward: 100 shards.
Day 5 — Complete 3 raids. Reward: 1 random 1-star gem.
Day 6 — Complete 3 rifts. Reward: 250 shards.
Day 7 — Catch 100 fish. Reward: 80 shards + 1 random 1-star gem.

Over a full week, quests give you 780 shards and 4 random 1-star gems.

About the Gem Rewards

Four of the seven days reward a random 1-star gem. Gems are one of the most valuable items in the game — they socket into your gear to add permanent stat bonuses like extra damage, health, speed, or luck.

Most gems from daily quests are non-upgradeable (about 95% chance). Upgradeable gems are rare but extremely valuable since they can be combined in an anvil to reach higher levels. The Shard Shop sells a guaranteed upgradeable gem daily for 3,000 shards if you want a reliable source.

Quest Types Explained

Kill players — PvP kills in resource worlds count. Deaths in safe zones (dungeon, market, lobby) don't count since PvP is disabled there.

Kill mobs — Any hostile mob kill counts. Spawner mobs count too. Combine with a dark room and spawners in your dungeon for fast progress.

Complete rifts — Use Rift Keys in resource worlds and defeat all mob waves. Any tier and any dimension counts.

Complete raids — Start raids from /raid or your Echo menu. You need to finish the raid (win or lose) for it to count.

Mine blocks — Any block broken with a tool counts. Ores, stone, deepslate, dirt — everything. Mining in your dungeon expansion rooms or resource worlds both work.

Catch fish — Use a fishing rod in any body of water. Resource world oceans and rivers work best. AFK fishing does not count.

Tips

Check /quests status if your bossbar isn't showing — sometimes other bossbars take priority.

Plan your day around the quest. If today is a rift day, stock up on Rift Keys before heading out. If it's a mining day, bring your best pickaxe to the resource world.

Kill quests (mobs or players) pair well with rifts — rift mobs count toward mob kill quests, and the resource world is where PvP happens.

Both daily login rewards and daily quests are independent — you can (and should) do both every day for maximum shard income.

Combined Weekly Income

If you log in and complete the quest every day for a full week:

Free player: 110 shards (login) + 780 shards (quests) + 3 Rift Keys + 3 Expedition Scrolls + 4 gems = 890 shards total

APEX player: 2,100 shards (login) + 780 shards (quests) + 4 gems = 2,880 shards total

This doesn't include shards from your dungeon's passive generation, rifts, raids, or expeditions — daily login and quests are just the baseline.

Useful Commands

/daily or /rewards — claim your daily login reward
